Bybit and Oracle Red Bull Racing Introduce ‘Velocity Series,’ a Groundbreaking Digital Art Collaboration

DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES – Media OutReach – 24 July 2023 – Bybit, the world’s third most visited cryptocurrency exchange, is delighted to introduce the Velocity Series, an unprecedented collaboration between Bybit, Oracle Red Bull Racing, and renowned digital artists. This initiative will merge art and racing by creating unique digital collectibles inspired by race team data and telemetry from the RB19 F1 car.

The Velocity Series represents the first-ever collaboration between an F1 team and a star-studded lineup of digital artists. The series starts with Rik Oostenbroek, a renowned Dutch artist known for his dynamic shapes and abstract forms across a multi-disciplinary approach.

Curated in collaboration with AOI, a foundation for emerging art and technology, the series consists of four releases coinciding with the Dutch, Japan, United States, and Abu Dhabi Grand Prix throughout the 2023 Formula 1 season (specific drop dates may be subject to change). The first of its kind by a motorsport team, the Velocity Pass is a dynamic work of art that will evolve over the course of the season. Curia expands biologics capabilities with access to Touchlight’s doggybone DNA

Curia collaborates with Touchlight to expand its mRNA manufacturing offering to enable access to enzymatic doggybone DNA (dbDNA™)

ALBANY, N.Y. and HAMPTON, United Kingdom, July 24, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Curia, a leading contract research, development and manufacturing organization, and Touchlight, a company pioneering enzymatic DNA production, today announced an agreement which will provide Curia and its clients a streamlined means of access to Touchlight’s doggybone DNA (dbDNA). The arrangement expands Curia’s mRNA manufacturing offerings with an additional differentiated source of DNA raw material that is immediately available to be accessed by Curia customers. Under the arrangement, Touchlight will directly manufacture dbDNA on behalf of Curia’s customers.

Through a simple enzymatic process called in vitro transcription, genetic information is copied from DNA to mRNA. This mRNA is then able to teach the cells to make precise proteins that are used to treat or prevent diseases. Touchlight’s enzymatic DNA is produced with a cell-free enzymatic process that offers unmatched benefits in speed, quality and capacity when compared to traditional plasmid DNA production.

Saudi Arabia presents its Second Voluntary National Review on progress achieved in SDGs at UN High level Political Forum

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has concluded its participation in the United Nations High-level Political Forum 2023 (HLPF) on sustainable development after presenting its second Voluntary National Review (VNR). Organized annually, the forum provides a platform to assess global progress towards achieving the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This year’s sessions focused on clean water and sanitation; clean and affordable energy; industry, innovation, and infrastructure; sustainable cities and communities; and global partnerships to achieve the goals.

The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s delegation, headed by Saudi Minister of Economy and Planning Faisal Alibrahim, presented the nation’s second Voluntary National Review (VNR), which showed progress on 50% of SDG indicators.

“The Sustainable Development Goals embody our collective commitment to progress. They serve as both a practical and moral guide to development, safeguarding our planet and leaving no one behind,” said Alibrahim. “In Saudi Arabia, our sustainability drive is hardwired into the Saudi Vision 2030 – the Kingdom’s ambitious transformation program. The Vision set out by HRH Crown Prince embraces the principles outlined in the SDGs. Through it, we are diversifying our economy, developing clean technologies, and fortifying environmental protection. We are elevating the living standards of our population and unleashing a spectacular wave of innovation.

“The visionary framework propels us towards a future where the sustainable development agenda converges with our national priorities. With the Saudi Vision 2030 as our guiding star, we’re resolute in driving positive change – domestically and globally,” the Minister added.

On the sidelines of the forum, the Kingdom’s delegation organized five side events showcasing some of the Kingdom’s achievements, including the circular carbon economy, sustainable cities and communities, the Saudi national water strategy, the Saudi Indicators Platform for Sustainable Development Goals and Data Governance, and an exhibition on NEOM’s “The Line.” In addition, the Minister of Economy and Planning held several bilateral meetings with senior officials from member states and heads of international organizations.

Participation in the HLPF and delivery of its second VNR are part of the Saudi Vision 2030 agenda, which includes projects and initiatives to help it achieve economic, social, and environmental sustainability. It also demonstrates the Kingdom’s commitment to forging partnerships at the national and international levels to enable peace and prosperity and chart a sustainable future for all.
