‫Xinhua Silk Road: مدينة يوشي الصينية تسعى لتصبح مركزًا دوليًا للخدمات اللوجستية

بكين، 9 ديسمبر 2021 /PRNewswire/ — بعد بدء تشغيل خط السكة الحديدية الذي يربط بين الصين ولاوس، من المتوقع أن تتبوأ مدينة يوشي، إحدى المدن المهمة التي يمر بها خط السكة الحديدية جنوبي غرب مقاطعة يونان الصينية، مكانتها كمركز لوجستي دولي.

يمتد خط السكة الحديدية حوالي 1,035 كم، منها 422 كم داخل حدود جمهورية لاوس، إذ يبدأ الخط من مدينة كونمينغ عاصمة مقاطعة يونان الصينية وينتهي في العاصمة اللاوية فينتيان، مساعدًا في تقليص مدة السفر بين المدينتين حوالي 10 ساعات. ويضم خط السكة الحديد خمس محطات في مدينة يوشي، تشمل محطة يوشي ومحطة يانهي ومحطة إيشنان ومحطة هوانيان ومحطة يوان يانغ.

ومع بدء تشغيل خط السكة الحديدية ستعمل مدينة يوشي على توسيع خدماتها اللوجستية لتتماشى مع متطلبات القطاعات الأخرى التي تخدمها محطة مدينة يانهي ومحطات قطارات الشحن الأخرى في الجنوب، ما سيسهم في تعزيز الأنشطة الإنشائية بالمدينة كميناء لوجستي دولي يغطي بخدماته سائر البلاد، بل يمتد نطاق خدماته ليشمل منطقة جنوب وجنوب شرق آسيا.

تتوسط مدينة يوشي مقاطعة يونان الصينية، حيث لا تشكل مركز نقل حيوي فحسب، بل تمثل أيضًا أحد مراكز إنتاج التبغ والخضروات والفاكهة والزهور بالمقاطعة، وإحدى مناطق التجمع المهمة التي تخدم الشركات العاملة في مجالات تصنيع السجائر والتعدين واستخراج المعادن ومعدات التصنيع والطب الحيوي، كما تلعب دورًا مهمًا كمنطقة رائدة في مجال الاقتصاد الرقمي.

Libya International Investment and Trade Conference kicked off in Obari under the slogan “Towards the South” with Arab and international participation.

Obari, Under patronage of the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture the Libya International Investment and Trade Conference got underway in Obari on Friday with Arab and international participation under the slogan “Southward.”

The conference was attended by mayors of The Municipalities of Obari, Al-Bwanis and Al-Ghreifa, representatives of the Ministry of Economy and Trade, the Union of Industry in Libya, institutions, Government bodies, businessmen and investors from Libya and from several European and Arab countries.

In the opening speeches of the conference, a number of municipal officials welcomed the participants, stressing that it would be an opportunity to highlight the natural resources of southern Libya and the importance of investing in them.

In their speeches, the mayors stressed the need to benefit from the geographical location of southern Libya, as a link and gateway between the north of Libya and countries of the Sahara and from there to the Mediterranean.

The chairman of the preparatory committee of the conference Muftah Omar Abusta told the Libyan News Agency that the participants in the conference began to present their papers within the themes of the conference, which includes the cornerstone of development investments within Libya and its geographical and regional surroundings, renewable energies, mining, agriculture, tourism, real estate investment, infrastructure and free zones. .

The papers and interventions called on businessmen, investors and international companies to invest in the south, to make use of natural resources and energy, and explore the prospects for cooperation and investment in southern Libya, the gateway to Africa, especially in the transit trade.

Sources of the committee said that participants will complete discussion of the conference’s themes at the Bab al-Bahr Hotel in Tripoli.on Saturday.

Governor of Central Bank of Libya meets in London Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of England and the Libyan-British Business Council (LBBC).

London, The Governor of the Central Bank of Libya Al Sidiq Al Kabir met in London on Thursday with Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of England David Ramsden and a number of bank managers.

The meeting focused on the consolidation process launched by the Central Bank of Libya, which the Bank of England said it welcomed and prepared to support, as well as the governance and transparency programs adopted by CBL, and benefiting from the experiences of the Bank of England in particular.

The British side welcomed Libya’s accession to the programs to develop the capacity of central banks run by the Central Bank of England.

Meanwhile, the Governor of the Central Bank met with the Libyan-British Business Council LBBC. The meeting discussed facilitating trade, stimulating the economy and the ability of the banking sector to contribute to the return of English companies to resume their business in Libya.

Le Drian: France and Algeria want to coordinate initiatives on Libya.

Paris, Paris intends to strengthen cooperation with Algeria on the Libyan issue, after the first visit following strained diplomatic relations between the two countries, French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian said.

The Head of the French diplomacy renewed his denoting Algeria as “France’s main partner at the regional level,” and quoted a statement by The French Foreign Ministry as saying that the two countries wanted to “continue to coordinate our diplomatic initiatives in order to promote the political transition in Libya, following the Paris conference in which Minister Ramtan Lamara, took part as representative of Algerian President Abdel Majid Tebboune.
