Omani and Saudi delegations arrived in the capital, Sana’a, as part of Oman’s efforts to establish peace in Yemen.

A source in the Presidency of the Republic said, in a statement to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba), “The Omani and Saudi delegations will discuss with His Excellency Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, Head of the Supreme Political Council, lifting the siege with all its repercussions, stopping the aggression, and restoring all the rightful rights of the Yemeni people, including the payment of salaries of all state employees from revenues oil and gas”.

The Omani and Saudi delegations are scheduled to meet with the President of the Supreme Political Council in the coming days.

President Al-Mashat inaugurates exhibition of martyr President Al-Samad Eid clothing for poor children

His Excellency Field Marshal Mahdi Muhammad Al-Mashat, Head of the Supreme Political Council, inaugurated today, Sunday, in Sana’a, the exhibition of the martyr President Al-Samad for the Eid clothing for poor and needy children, which was set up by the General Authority for Zakat, benefiting 75 thousand.

President Al-Mashat toured the exhibition, expressing his happiness as he watched the joy and pleasure on the lives of poor and needy children, noting the importance of the exhibition, especially as it targets an important group of society, especially in a holy month such as the blessed month of Ramadan.

He expressed his thanks to Zakat Authority for holding this exhibition of Eid clothing for poor and needy orphans and Bilal’s grandchildren.

President Al-Mashat called on all relevant authorities and businessmen to extend a helping hand to poor and needy children especially at the end of this holy month, the month of mercy and forgiveness.

Addressing the poor and the needy, the head of the Supreme Political Council said: You will receive the good of the General Authority for Zakat, so your joy is what makes us happy.

Human rights carried out field visit to civilian objects targeted by aggression in Hodeida??

The Ministry of Human Rights carried out yesterday a field visit to a number of civilian objects that were targeted by the Aggression Coalition over eight years in Al-Hodeida province.

The head of the executive unit of the national vision in the ministry, Dr. Aref Al-Amiri, explained that the field visit comes within the framework of the ministry’s plan and program to enhance its role and raise awareness of the important role played by the ministry’s staff in partnership with international organizations, by monitoring and documenting the brutality and crimes of the aggression coalition in the provinces with professionalism and high accuracy so that the perpetrators do not escape punishment and accountability.

He stated that during the visit to Al-Hodeida province, he was briefed on the massive losses and destruction left by the aggression of those civilian objects, private and public property.

While the representatives of international organizations expressed their full solidarity with the grievances of the Yemeni people, explaining that, during visits to the affected areas, the process of documenting the extent of the damage inflicted on them was carried out.

They referred to the transfer and publication of what has been documented, to expose the perpetrators of these crimes, and to prosecute them internationally so that they receive their deterrent punishment.

The representatives of international organizations were accompanied – during the visit – by the director of the Human Rights Office in the governorate, Zain Ezzi, and his deputy, Hassan Darwish.

American-Saudi aggression crimes on April 9

On this day, April 9, the US-Saudi-Emirati aggression committed horrific crimes in a number of provinces.

On April 9 of the year 2015 AD, five citizens were killed and more than 15 others were injured by raids by the aggression’s warplanes on a mosque and a number of neighborhoods in Amran city.

The aggression’s warplanes also targeted the water reservoirs in Talmas Mountain, which is affiliated with the water project station in Sa’ada city, and the pipeline network that connects the reservoirs to the city, Sa’ada airport, and the gas and electricity stations.

The aggression launched a series of raids on separate areas in the capital, Sana’a, and the provinces of Sa’ada, Taiz, and Shabwa, which left dozens of victims and great losses in public and private property.

On April 9, 2016, the aggression warplanes committed two horrific massacres in Taiz province, where dozens were killed and injured by two airstrikes that targeted a gathering of the Muhamasheen in Al-Rawd neighborhood in Al-Rubaie area.

Five citizens, including three women and a child from the same family, were killed by a raid by the aggression’s warplanes, which targeted a house in Al-Dabab area, and the hostile warplane targeted the northwestern neighborhoods of Taiz city with two raids, which caused damage to dozens of houses and private property.

The aggression warplanes launched a raid on Al-Ardi area, a raid on the village of Al-Nimsa, and two raids on Wadi Iber in Al-Ghayl district in Al-Jawf, which left great damage to citizens’ houses and properties.

The aggression warplanes launched two raids on Jabal Al-Ashqari and a raid on Jabal Hilan in Serwah district of Marib province, while an enemy Apache helicopter targeted separate areas in Serwah.

On this day of the year 2017 AD, the aggression warplanes launched a raid on the new terminal building at Sana’a International Airport, which caused great damage.

The aggression warplanes launched 17 raids on the areas of Al-Malaheedh, Bani Sayah and Mafraq Dhuib in Al-Zahir district, and four raids on the Al-Saddad, Al-Majda’a and Jisr Al-Raqala areas in Baqem district in Sa’ada.

The aggression warplanes also launched five raids on Al-Jar area in Abs district in Hajjah, ten raids on Yakhtal and Al-Zahari areas in Al-Mokha district, and a raid on the Al-Omari area in Dhubab district.

The aggression warplanes launched three raids on the Mawza junction in Taiz, and a raid on Serwah district in Marib, and four raids targeted Kahboub area in Lahj.

On April 9 of the year 2018, the aggression warplanes targeted a house in Dimna Khadir, Taiz province, which led to the death of 12 citizens, including women and children from one family, and launched a raid on Al-Jabbana area in Al-Salif district in Al-Hodeida.

Three citizens, including a child, were killed and another was injured in a raid by the aggression’s warplanes on the Burkan area in the Razih district in Saada, while an elderly woman and a child were killed and another was injured in Saudi missile and artillery shelling those targeted areas in the same district.

The aggression warplanes also committed a massacre in the city of Saada, which claimed the lives of two martyrs and seven wounded, including several female students.

On this day of the year 2019, the aggression mercenaries targeted, with missile, artillery and medium weapons, 50th Street, Al-Rabsa, Al-Durayhimi district, and citizens’ properties in the village of Mahal Al-Sheikh in Kilo 16, east of Al-Durayhimi city in Al-Hodeida province.

On April 9, 2020, the aggression warplanes launched eight airstrikes on Haradh district in Hajjah, and two raids on Harf Sufyan district in Amran, and targeted with four airstrikes the Al-Malaheeth area in Al-Dhaher district in Sa’ada.

Three raids targeted Natea district in Al-Bayda province, two raids targeted Al-Labanat camp in the Al-Hazm desert, and two raids targeted the Aqaba area in Khab Washa’af district in Al-Jawf, while intense Saudi missile and artillery bombardment targeted populated villages in the border district of Munabeh in Sa’ada.

Two citizens were killed as a result of the aggression forces’ artillery shells on Al-Durayhimi city, and they also targeted the village of Al-Dahfash on the outskirts of the city, and northeast of Hays, while the aggression battleships targeted with a number of missiles the village of Mahal Al-Sheikh in Kilo 16 in Al-Hodeidah.

On this day of the year 2021 AD, the aggression warplanes launched three airstrikes on Al-Sawadiya district in Al-Bayda, while a citizen was martyred by the Saudi enemy’s fire in Al-Raqo area of Munabeh district.

The hostile warplanes launched a raid on the Bani Sayah area in Razeh district in Sa’ada, four raids on Serwah district, a raid on Medghal district in Marib, and six raids on Al-Marazeeq area in Khab Washa’af district in Al-Jawf.

On April 9 of the year 2022 AD, two citizens were killed and three were injured as a result of artillery shells by the aggression mercenaries on Razeh district in Sa’ada province, while the reconnaissance warplane launched three raids on Al-Barah area in Taiz province.

The mercenaries’ rocket and artillery bombardment targeted Al-Akkad area and the houses of citizens in the village of Al-Zour in Serwah, Malaa and Al-Balq Al-Sharqi in Marib.

QOC’s Employees Take Part in Ramadan Events

Qatar Olympic Committee’s employees participated in a walking and shooting competition for men and women in individual category (shotgun + air rifle). It was held within the activities of the Committee’s Ramadan championship 2023, which is being held and will be concluded on Monday at the Lusail Shooting Complex.

30 employees of QOC’s various departments took part in the family walk event for a one-kilometer distance in an atmosphere of social cohesion. At the end of the event, the organizing committee of the tournament distributed in-kind gifts and medals to children on the occasion of the Ramadan Garangao event.

In the men’s shooting individual (shotgun + air rifle), Mohammed Al Kuwari won the first place and Rashid Saeedan Al Rashdi was the runner-up, while Fahd Al Buraik finished in third place.

In the women’s category, Dana Al Obaidli won the first place, Nujood Al Hail finished second and Sarah Al Kubaisi took the third place.
