‫شركة مورق التخصصية الزراعية ومجموعة يس هيلث توقعان إتفاق بناء أكبر مزرعة عمودية بالمملكة العربية السعودية

  • ستكون هذه المزرعة أكبر مزرعة عمودية في المملكة العربية السعودية ، والأعلى إرتفاعاً بمنطقة الشرق الأوسط.
  • تتجاوز المساحة المزروعة 18,000 م² في شكل مصفوفات عمودية بإرتفاع 15 متر ومساحة مسطحة تقارب 4,500 م².
  • تنتج هذة المزرعة مايقارب 2,000 كيلوجرام من المنتجات والخضروات الورقية الطازجة يوميًا والتي ستكون متاحة للمستهلكين بمدينة الرياض والمناطق المحيطة بها.
  • تقع هذه المزرعة على بعد 20 كيلومتر من وسط الرياض وستقدم هذة المزرعة بديل منخفض الكربون للمنتجات الزراعية المستوردة مما سيوفر أميال غذائية لا حصر لها.

الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية – Media OutReach – 1 ديسمبر 2022 – دشنت شركة مورق (مورق التخصصية الزراعية المحدودة)، ومجموعة يس هيلث (شركة يس هيلث للتكنولوجيا الحيوية الزراعية المحدودة) مشروعاً مشتركاً لإنشاء شبكة من المزارع العمودية في أنحاء المملكة العربية السعودية والمنطقة . من خلال شراكتهم في إنشاء شركة المزارع العمودية المحدودة ، والتي ستقوم ببناء أكبر مزرعة عمودية بالمملكة في الرياض. والتي من المقرر أن يكتمل بناء المزرعة الأولى بحلول الربع الرابع من العام 2023 ، بحيث حال إنتهاءها ستوفر وظائف ، ومنتجات زراعية ذات جودة عالية ومستدامة للسوق المحلي،

اليوم تسهم شركة مورق التخصصية الزراعية بإمداد السوق المحلية في  مدينة جدة بمنتجاتها المزروعة عموديًا تحت اسم العلامة التجارية جنى فارم. حيث يتم إنتاج الخضراوات الورقية والنباتات العطرية  الطازجة على مدار العام. وفي سبيل إكمال مسيرة النجاح الفريدة للشركة في مجال التنمية الزراعية بالمملكة، تهدف مورق إلى الإستفادة من خبرتها في هذا المجال ومعرفتها باسواق المملكة العربية السعودية وإحتياجاتها ، والشراكة تقنياً مع الحصول على الخبرات الخاصة بمجموعة يس هيلث.

حيث تدير مجموعة يس هيلث حاليًا مزرعة عمودية  كبيرة في تايوان وذات عوائد ربحية، وتتعاون كذلك في العديد من المزارع العمودية بأوروبا. ويعمل بتشغيل عملياتها مجتمعة أكثر من 150 شخصًا على مستوى العالم، وتُنتج أكثر من 2,500 طن من الخضراوات الورقية سنويًا. وسيتم إدارة وتشغيل مزرعة الرياض مشاركة بين شركة مورق ومجموعة يس هيلث بحيث يتم نقل وتوطين هذة التقنيات خلال فترة تشغيل مشتركة تمتد لـفترة 3 سنوات، يتم خلالها تدريب الكفاءات المحلية لتولي العمليات على المدى البعيد.

تبلغ التقييمات الأولية لهذه االشراكة مايقارب 100 مليون ريال سعودي أو أكثر، حوالي28  مليون دولار أمريكي. وسيتم الإعلان عن المستثمرين والداعمين لهذا المشروع قريباً.

تماشيًا مع رؤية المملكة 2030، ستوفر  هذه الشراكة مايقارب  50 فرصة عمل بدوام كامل بمزرعة الرياض خلال الفترة القادمة، وتوفير المزيد من فرص العمل خلال السنوات القادمة في هذه  الصناعة المستحدثة من خلال تطوير وتوسيع  أعمال هذه الشراكة  ، وتطوير الأساليب الزراعية بخلق دمج بين الصناعة والزراعة المتخصصة في بيئة متحكم فيها تناسب بشكل كبير متطلبات الزراعة بالمملكة. وسيتم إستقطاب وتدريب الكفاءات المحلية البارزة، ومنح الشباب المهارات التي يحتاجونها. والتطوير المستمر للبنية الأساسية لهذه الصناعة إقتصادياً، مما يساعد في ضمان الأمن الغذائي المحلي، ويعزز أنماط الحياة الصحية .

She, then, has been returned to the depths of the sea and back to the beginning of her Journey, was it just a dream? With the 6-part series drawing to a close, stay tuned as the plot continues to challenge your imagination. The viewership figures of the “GOODBYE PRINCESS” animation and motion images MV pre-release campaign series has scaled new heights, with almost 90 million views to date.

In the fifth episode, “Temptation Apple”, after the handsome prince kneels down and declares his love for the princess in the previous episode, they are now dancing inside the castle. She takes a casual glance outside the window, but discovers that the dazzling light that has drawn her to this adventure is drifting further and further away. She runs down the spiraling staircase inside the castle without the prince. She is led into a room, where the magical mirror awaits and reflects her “past life” as a carefree mermaid who swims in the sea happily. The magical mirror then hands her an apple, and she takes a bite without hesitation. The handsome prince follows, but he is not quick enough to stop her in time. When the princess opens her eyes again, she has been returned to the depths of the sea. The television set shows images of the handsome prince holding the unconscious princess, trying to revive her with the kiss of life.

Bybit Announces $100 Million Support Fund for Institutional Clients

Bybit looks to Kickstart Crypto Market with short-term stimulus package

DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES – Media OutReach – 28 November 2022 – Bybit, the world’s third most visited crypto exchange, has announced the launch of a $100 million support fund to shore up institutional market makers during this challenging period in the crypto industry.

The fund will offer a helping hand to Bybit’s dedicated institutional clients with a maximum of up to $10 million per client available and is intended to support the industry as the fallout from recent events continues.

Bybit says it will use the fund to support any of its institutional clients that require it. The offer is open to existing customers, as well as new institutional customers who join the crypto exchange. In addition to the support fund, Bybit will also provide dedicated account managers to provide support with the application once the client has become a verified KYB (Know Your Business) user.

Bybit took the decision to help strengthen market makers and institutional clients given their importance to the broader market. Bybit hopes the stimulus package will act as a catalyst and help ignite the recovery of the industry as a whole – and represent an important move toward greater industry wide stability.

‫مسلسل الرسوم المتحركة لـتيا لي ينطلق إلى منعطف جديد الحلقة الرابعة ترحب بالأمير الوسيم

تيا لي يو فين، أيقونة الموضة الآسيوية، مغنية C-POP، ممثلة سينمائية وتلفزيونية، تصدر الجزء الرابع من مسلسل الرسوم المتحركة الخاص بها “GOODBYE PRINCESS” في 22 نوفمبر. مع العديد من التقلبات والانعطافات في القصة، تأتي الحلقة الأخيرة من المسلسل لتشهد الكثير من الأحداث والمواقف الدرامية والرومانسية. صعدت أرقام المشاهدة للعرض التمهيدي لـ MV الخاص بالرسوم المتحركة والصور المتحركة لمسلسل “GOODBYE PRINCESS” إلى آفاق جديدة، مع ما يقرب من 70 مليون مشاهدة حتى الآن.

Displaying Tia’s fashion wisdom, “GOODBYE PRINCESS” MV pre-release campaign stylist, Sanshai, Style Director of Vogue Thailand, has hand-picked the Kanapot iconic dusty blue dress, Christian Louboutin heels and Alessandra Rich​ ear-rings for this videographic set.

In the fourth episode, “Pawn to Queen”, Tia continues plunging downwards from the last episode; the puppet princess eventually lands on a chessboard. In this dreamland, she becomes a white pawn. On the other side of the chessboard, the queen reads the newspaper and commands the black chess pieces to attack. The white pawn keeps her calm and evades the attacks with agility, eventually reaching the opposite side of the chessboard. There, she sheds the white pawn uniform to regain her human form. In the background, a castle appears mysteriously as a handsome prince kneels down before her to declare his love for her.

Today, well-known UK top fashion and culture magazine ROLLACOASTER released a sneak review of the Winter 2022 cover, and announced that Tia Lee will be covering the Winter 2022 global print and digital issues to be released soon, in which Tia will talk about what to expect from Tia’s new, globally-focused era. Tia wears Burberry’s latest autumn and winter collections, presenting yet another side of Tia to her global fans. The “Pawn to Queen” poster, poster, released on 23 November, gave more details on the episode:

  1. When the princess falls in the beginning, she passes by a newspaper with the headline “Otaku Goddess”. This appears again in the scene where the queen reads the newspaper.
  2. While fighting on the chessboard, the princess maintains her composure with a familiar look in her eyes. She shows the same determination to chase her dreams as she did in the first 3 episodes.
  3. Adding the handsome prince and his castle, the story builds towards a climax.

The typical fairytale would end here, with the handsome prince and gorgeous princess living happily ever after, but is “GOODBYE PRINCESS” such a straightforward story? Find out in the fifth episode, which will be released tomorrow (25 November)!

The fourth set of motion images and still photography for “Pawn to Queen” was released today together with Vogue Hong Kong, featuring an undaunted Tia on a chessboard, looking at a close to 8-ft plus tall queen with wrapped in newspaper headlines about her.
