“Mohamed Al-Manfi” received a condolence telegram from “Mark Rutte”, Prime Minister of the Netherlands, expressing his feeling of shock and sadness at the devastating effects of the moderate storm, which led to the tragic loss of many lives.
The Presidential Council stated that the Dutch Prime Minister affirmed his country’s government’s support and solidarity with the Libyans, wishing the Libyan people strength in this difficult time.
