The Presidential Council and the Attorney General’s Office discuss the mechanisms of the joint security room in Zawia

Tripoli- Today, Monday, the representative of the Presidential Council, “Abdullah Al-Lafi”, held an expanded meeting in the office of the Attorney General to discuss the work mechanisms of the joint security room, which was established recently, to eliminate security breaches and destructive phenomena in the Zawia region, as well as for work to strengthen the rule of law.

The meeting was attended – according to the Presidential Media Office – by the Attorney General, the Attorney General of the Zawiya Court of Appeal, the Head of the Primary Prosecution Office, the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior for District Affairs, the Director of Zawiya Municipality Security, and a number of officials of the joint security room in Zawiya.

The media office quoted the representative of the Presidency, “Al-Lafi”, stressing the importance of the chamber carrying out the tasks entrusted to it, in order to contain crime, consolidate security values in the region, and prevent impunity for all committed crimes. As required.
