Tripoli- The President of the Presidential Council, Muhammad Al-Manfi, received a congratulatory message from the Chairman of the Transitional Sovereign Council in Sudan, Lieutenant-General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan Abdel Rahman, on the occasion of the approaching Eid Al-Fitr.
Al-Burhan expressed to Al-Manfi his best wishes for good health and wellness, asking God Almighty to bless this Eid to Libya and its people with security and prosperity, and to the entire Islamic nation, with goodness and blessings.
