Sabratha, The National Cancer Institute in Sabratha has commemorated the World Cancer Day, whose date coincides with the 4th of February of each year.
The correspondent of the Libyan News Agency in the city of Sabratha stated that the celebration, which was held on the occasion, was attended by the Executive Director of the National Cancer Institute, Sabratha, a member of the Sabratha Municipal Council, the Director of the National Cancer Control Program and a number of doctors and interested parties.
On the sidelines of the celebration, several awareness lectures were given, in addition to a visual presentation of the National Cancer Institute, Sabratha, as well as another visual presentation of the campaigns presented by the National Cancer Program following their visit and participation in many Libyan cities.
The ceremony was concluded by honoring the members participating in the campaign. It is also worth noting that the National Cancer Institute, Sabratha, had previously held such forums in the past years.
