Tripoli-the Ministry of Economy and Trade issued a decision banning the export of a number of goods and materials to the list of prohibited and restricted goods for export and import as part of the ministry’s efforts and plan to regulate the economy and trade sector and limit price hikes.

And the decision of the Minister of Economy and Trade (Mohammed Al-Hawij) No. 388 of 2022, in its first article, stipulates adding goods and materials to the lists of goods prohibited from being exported, including batteries of all kinds and sizes, solar panels of various sizes, industrial pipes “iron – carbon steel – aluminum – copper” and Electrical cables of all kinds, metal valves and tubes of all kinds, aluminum, iron and stainless steel plates, electric poles and electrical transformers, gas cylinders for welding work, electric generators of all kinds, electrical and electronic devices and equipment, measuring equipment, pumps of all kinds.
