Tripoli, The Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, "Abdul Hamied Al-Dabaiba," received today, Tuesday, a written message from the Japanese Prime Minister.
This came during his meeting today with Japan's Deputy Foreign Minister and Director General for Africa and the Middle East "Kansuke Nagoka" and his accompanying delegation, in the presence of Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation "Naglaa Al-Manqoush".
The media office of the Prime Minister stated that during the meeting, political and economic cooperation between the two countries was discussed, and the opening of the Japanese embassy in Tripoli during the second half of this year, after the stability in Libya is currently experiencing. This is the first visit of a Japanese official to Libya since 2011.
