Tobruk-The Chairman of the Local Governance Committee in the House of Representatives (Idris Omran) met via virtual technology with a number of Libyan research and administrative institutions, in preparation for the launch of the Local Governance Forum, through which the Local Governance Committee will work to discuss the process of decentralization .
The Chairman of the Committee discussed the arrangements related to the transfer of competencies to municipalities through holding a general forum for municipalities in cooperation with the German Cooperation Agency and other relevant international institutions.
