Tobruk, Sources in the House of Representatives confirmed to the Libyan News Agency that the head of the High National Elections Commission “Imad al-Sayeh” will comply tomorrow, Monday, in front of the parliament’s presidency office in the city of Tobruk.
The sources indicated that the meeting, during which Al-Sayeh will be held accountable for the latest procedures of the Commission, values related to the electoral process and the Commission’s decisions and the extent of their conformity with the election laws issued by the House of Representatives. .
The sources did not rule out that Al-Sayeh would meet with “Aqila Saleh,” who is on vacation after his candidacy for the presidency.
The sources also confirmed that they did not rule out holding a session of the House of Representatives to discuss the electoral process, especially after the invitation made by “72” deputies to the presidency.
