Tripoli– The Minister of Social Affairs in the Government of National Unity “Wafa Al-Kilani” signed today, Sunday, a joint cooperation agreement with the Director of the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Efforts in Libya, “Justin Brady”.
The agreement – which was signed at the Ministry’s office in Tripoli – provides for a set of items, including the establishment of training courses for rapid response in cases of displacement and emergencies, and advisory support and coordination.
In her speech after the conciliation ceremony, the minister stressed the need to put in place appropriate mechanisms between the two sides to start implementing the provisions of the agreement and putting them into practice, praising the efforts made by the Office of Humanitarian Affairs inside Libya.
