The general index of Qatar Stock Exchange rose 36.04 points, or 0.35%, at the beginning of Monday’s trading ,to reach the level of 10,382.47 points, compared to Sunday’s closing.
The positive performance of QSE general index was supported by a rise in all sectors, led by Real Estate by 0.60%; Banks and Financial Services by 0.44%; Consumer Goods and Services sector by 0.23%; Insurance by 0.14%; Telecoms by 0.11%, Industries by 0.09%; and Transportation by 0.01%.
At 10:00 am, Qatar Stock Exchange recorded 3,608 transactions worth QR 114,530,159.382, distributed to 49,681,469 shares.
