Tripoli, The President of the Presidential Council, “Mohamed Al-Manfi” arrived this evening, Sunday, to the capital, Tripoli, after his participation in the Fourth Paris Peace Summit and the Paris Conference on Libya.
Al-Manfi was received by the Vice-President of the Presidential Council, Musa Al-Koni, and a number of the council’s senior staff.
