Tripoli, President of Presidency Council Mohamed Al Mnefi on Thursday conducted a phone call with the Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim Hamad Al Thani.
The two sides discussed bilateral relations and ways of upgrading them, as well as regional and international developments and joint issues between the two countries.
