The Sultanate of Oman has welcomed the accord between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the State of Qatar on resuming diplomatic relations, following the Bahrain-Qatar Follow-up Committee’s second meeting held at the GCC Secretariat General in Riyadh.
In a statement issued by the Omani Foreign Ministry and posted by the Oman News Agency (ONA) today, the Sultanate said that the step will lend support to cooperation among brethren and consolidate the GCC joint action in a manner that generates gains for all in the region.
