Tripoli, The latest figures published by the High National Election Commission indicated that the number of election cards delivered thus far was 2,480,588, or 86 percent of the registered voters.
According to a statistics on December 1st, the last day obtained by the Libyan News Agency, 1,440,128 men and 1,440,128 women have received their cards.
