Minister of Justice: Prosecutions and courts have a major role in establishing justice, resolving disputes and reconciling people

Tripoli- The Minister of Justice, “Halima Ibrahim Abdel-Rahman,” inaugurated today, Saturday, the Public Order Prosecution and the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecution at the South Tripoli Appeals Court.

The opening ceremony – which was held at the court’s headquarters in the municipality of Al-Aziziya – was attended by the president of the South Tripoli Appeal Court, the heads of the courts and prosecutions, the court’s judicial staff, members of the Al-Aziziya Steering Council, the director of Al-Jafara security, sheikhs and notables of the shops in the region and officials of the service sectors offices in the municipality.

In a speech on the occasion, the Minister of Justice said that the prosecutions and courts have a major role in establishing justice, the values of truth, litigation, resolving disputes and national reconciliation among people in order to build a homeland that accommodates everyone, stressing that this is what the national unity government sought to build a state of law and institutions.

She also noted that this achievement comes to enable the courts and prosecutions in the region and to obtain services for citizens without suffering, according to what the ministry published on its official page.

The participants in the opening ceremonies, in a speech to them, praised the efforts made by the Minister of Justice and her quest to show all the difficulties in front of the tasks of members and employees of judicial bodies and citizens.
