Minister of Health Fahad bin Abdurrahman Al-Jalajel has met with the Iranian Minister of Health, Bahram AynAllah, on the sidelines of the 76th session of the World Health Assembly, held under the theme “WHO at 75: saving lives, driving health for all”, at the UN headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland, during the period May 21-30.
During the meeting, they discussed the health situation in both countries and ways to strengthen cooperation in health.
The two sides concluded the meeting with an agreement to form technical teams from each side to discuss areas of health cooperation, especially in the field of public health, health research and mass gathering medicine.
