Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, the Minister for Foreign Affairs, received a phone call today from Catherine Colonna, France’s Minister for Europe and Foreign Affairs.
During the call, the two sides discussed the events in the Republic of Sudan and emphasized the importance of stopping the military escalation between conflicting parties. They also underscored the need to end violence and provide necessary protection for Sudanese citizens and other residents on its soil, in a way that ensures the security, safety, and prosperity of Sudan and its people.
The foreign ministers also reviewed the strong relations between the two friendly countries and explored ways to enhance and develop them in various fields. They discussed means of intensifying joint coordination on numerous issues of mutual concern.
