Minister of Foreign Affairs discusses with Libyan ambassadors accredited to Germany, France and Switzerland mechanisms for developing work in Libyan embassies abroad

Tripoli – Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Najla Al-Manqoush, discussed yesterday with the ambassadors of Libya accredited to Germany, France and Switzerland mechanisms for developing work of Libyan embassies abroad, the difficulties they face, and ways and mechanisms to overcome them.

During this meeting, which was attended by the Director of the European Department, Mohamed al-Maqhour, the Director of Administrative and Financial Affairs, Rashid Boughfa, and the Director of the Office of Oversight and Inspection Mohammad Attia, they discussed the political situation in the country, and how to activate the role of embassies to support the democratic path and stability in Libya.

In her speech during this meeting, Al-Manqush called for finding a practical mechanism for cooperation between the ministry and embassies abroad and following up on their performance, stressing increased focus on the positives and working to solve the bottlenecks facing the work of Libyan embassies abroad.
