Tripoli-French Foreign Minister Jean-Yves Le Drian on Thursday held a series of talks with a number of Algerian officials on security issues and the regional situation. During the talks, Le Drian stressed the need to revive the transition process in Libya, Algerian news agency APS reported.
Le Drian said he discussed at a meeting with Algerian President Abdelmajid Tebboune and Foreign Minister Ramadan Lamamra the situation in the Sahel region and Libya, according to a statement quoted by the official website of the Algerian presidency.
