Islamic Affairs Ministry Implements Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Iftar Program in Indian Kashmir

The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance, represented by the Religious Attaché in the Republic of India, implemented yesterday the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Program for Iftar (Breaking fast) in the Indian State of Jammu and Kashmir, at the headquarters of the Ahl al-Hadith Association. The number of beneficiaries reached 1200 fasting men and women.

The program’s beneficiaries expressed their thanks to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for its efforts to serve Islam and Muslims, wishing prosperity for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

It is noteworthy that the Ministry continues to implement the program since the beginning of the holy month of Ramadan 1444 AH, in various Indian cities and provinces in addition to other countries through the Saudi religious Attaché such as the Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal, The Republic of Maldives and the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka where the number of beneficiaries is expected to reach more than 100,000 people, in coordination with the respective Saudi embassies in these countries.
