HH Shaikh Nasser AI Research Centre signs MoU with US-based Elutions Company

The “His Highness Shaikh Nasser Artificial Intelligence Research and Development Centre”, the research arm of the Nasser Vocational Training Center (NVTC), has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Elutions Company.

Elutions is a global, US-based Artificial Intelligence (AI) company that empowers corporations to dynamically optimise their activity across the value chain, transform performance and profitability and gain competitive advantage through its enterprise-level AI solution, “Maestro”.

This partnership is in light of the two institutions’ endeavours to contribute to improving the operational efficiency of business operations and providing wide-ranging financial benefits to these institutions by using a set of artificial intelligence solutions that will support strategic decision-making processes by providing the necessary recommendations and directions.

AI solutions presented in this initiative will include collecting and analysing data with the aim of predicting operations, monitoring the roots of technical defects, and applying the highest production standards in commodities by utilizing technologies that optimise the use of resources such as energy, gas, heat, and others.

On the occasion, the CEO of the HH Shaikh Nasser Artificial Intelligence Research and Development Centre, Dr. Abdulla Nasser Al Noaimi, said that through its global partnerships, the centre aims to strengthen the Kingdom’s position as a hub for innovation in artificial intelligence in the region by providing various sectors, including entrepreneurship, with intelligence solutions, being among the business accelerators, as well as providing them with expertise and innovations that would enable them to enhance their productivity.

He indicated that the MoU would contribute to the diversification of artificial intelligence solutions provided by the American company, Elutions.

Elutions Managing Director, Paul Doucas expressed delight over the signing of the MoU, noting that it is an extension of the company’s work on an international scale by providing wide-ranging technical benefits that serve the commercial and industrial sectors.

He added that the provision of these services in Bahrain would contribute to expanding the use of these solutions in the GCC industrial sector and the region.
