Tobruk, – Chairman of the Local Government Committee in the House of Representatives, Idris Omran met via virtual technology with the working team of the German Cooperation Agency GIZ, which is working to provide technical support related to the file of local governance and decentralization in Libya.
During the meeting, the launch of the Local Governance Forum project, which the agency has been working on with the executive authorities for years, was followed up to support the transition to decentralization, as the new version of the project targets the participation of the legislative authority.
