DernaPrime Minister of the Libyan government, designated by the House of Representatives, Fatehi Bashagha called for opening dialogues with the leaders of the armed military groups in order to clarify the programme of the designated government.
Bashagha explained in a press conference held Tuesday in the city of Derna: that the government decided to expand participation and put forward an initiative targeting all Libyan political forces wishing to establish a civilian system.
He noted that his government had aspired to a smooth handover of power by the Government of National Unity.
