Cairo,Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi and the Chairman of the Transitional Military Council in Chad Mohamed Deby have called for a clear mechanism for withdrawal of all mercenaries and foreign fighters from Libyan territory to be implied in the political process and to ensure that their weapons and military equipment do not sneak into the regional environment.
“During their meeting in Cairo, Presidents Al Sisi and Deby discussed a number of regional issues, notably the repercussions of the political and security situation in Libya, and its regional implications for security and stability,” an Egyptian Presidential Spokesman said.
