London, British Minister of State for Middle East and North Africa Affairs James Cleverly said at a meeting with the Head of the Government of National Unity Abdul Hamid Al Dbeiba and Foreign Minister Najla Al Mangoush that there were massive opportunities to work with Libya to achieve stability, carry out reconstruction work and in the effort to combat climate change.
