KSrelief Distributes 23 Tons of Food Baskets in Afghanistan

The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre (KSrelief) distributed 23 tons and 250 kilograms of food baskets to families affected by the earthquake in Afghanistan, benefiting 375 families and 2550 individuals.

This aid is part of the humanitarian and relief aid provided by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through its humanitarian arm, the KSrelief, to countries and people in need around the world.

The LCB and the European Development Bank discussing ways to cooperate in reconstruction.

Marrakesh, The Governor of the Central Bank of Libya, Al-Siddiq Al-Kabir, met on Saturday, in Marrakesh, Morocco, with the executive Director of the Southern and Eastern Mediterranean Region at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.

The meeting, which was held on the sidelines of the annual meetings of the International Monetary Fund, reviewed aspects of cooperation between the Central Bank of Libya and the European Bank regarding the reconstruction of the city of Derna and areas affected by floods, based on the European Bank’s experience in this field.

The meeting touched on previous Warsaw meetings, the programs run by the bank to create local development and the possibility of implementing it in southern Libya, activating Libya’s membership in the European Bank, which began in 2013, and reviewing the results of the Libyan delegation’s visit to the bank’s headquarters in London last month.

The two sides also discussed the financing opportunities granted by the European Bank to the private sector and small and medium enterprises, especially to women and youth, and benefiting from the Bank’s experience in the Republic of Egypt, and the Bank’s experience in investing in solar energy to benefit from it in the future

President Al-Mashat attends military parade and graduation ceremony for members of Seventh Military Region batch in Al-Bayda

His Excellency Field Marshal Mahdi Al-Mashat, Head of the Supreme Political Council – Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, attended today, Satuarday, in Al-Bayda province, the graduation ceremony of a new batch of members of the Seventh Military Region, and a solemn military parade of symbolic units of its forces on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the glorious October 14 Revolution.

Symbolic units of thousands of infantry forces of the Seventh Region, an artillery unit, anti-armor units, turret aircraft and helicopters participated in the solemn military parade, which was attended by Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, Abdul Salam Hashul, Deputy Prime Minister for Economic Affairs – Minister of Finance in the caretaker government, Dr. Rashid Abu Lahoum, Minister of Defense in the caretaker government, Major General Mohamed Nasser Al-Atefi, and Chief of the General Staff, Major General Mohamed Abdel Karim Al-Ghamari.

The military units showed through the parade the extent of readiness to protect the goals of the Yemeni revolutions and their gains, including the glorious October 14 Revolution, which began from the Radfan Mountains with the participation of all the people of Yemen to expel the British occupation and was crowned with success.

He said, “I am pleased and honored to convey to the graduates the greetings and congratulations of the Revolution Leader ,Sayyed Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, on this occasion ,the qualitative achievement and dazzling success that coincides with the requirements of building the defensive and offensive military capabilities of the Republic of Yemen and in a way that makes it at a high level, combat readiness, and high morale in defending the sovereignty, independence, unity of the homeland and preserving it.” Its wealth, economic capabilities, vital strategic location, and the victory of the steadfast will of our people in their sacred and comprehensive liberation battle against the colonial powers and their tools.”

He pointed out that the graduation ceremony coincided with the Yemeni people’s celebrations of the sixtieth anniversary of the glorious October 14 Revolution, which was the bright beacon and promising future for the Yemeni people who rejected the colonialists and agents.

He added, “In the history of this liberation revolution, the colonizers and invaders departed, and the British Empire, over which the sun never set, realized that Yemen was a piece of fire and that it had no control over it and no survival in it.”

The Emotional Brigade touched on the implications of celebrating this occasion to restore its glow and splendor, to emphasize those great revolutionary values and principles that embody the same position in confronting the new occupiers and the agents of conspiracies from regional powers who have accepted to be a paw of the colonizers against the Yemeni people ,their hopes , aspirations for freedom and independence.

He said, “We followed and are following with great interest and careful monitoring the progress of the blessed military operation, “Al-Aqsa Flood,” which was led by the Palestinian resistance with the support the axis of resistance… indicating that the Yemeni people expressed their position through the mass momentum that came to all arenas to support them and declare their position of national and popular support against arrogance. He explained that this historic battle inflicted the greatest military, intelligence, and moral defeat on the arrogant occupying Zionist entity, which appeared in reality to be weaker than a spider’s web… expressing the Armed Forces’ blessing for this operation and its emphasis on the position of support, and implementation of what was announced by the revolution leader ,Sayyed Abdul-Malik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, which He was heartened when he said, “If the Americans intervene directly in the aggression against Gaza, we are ready to participate in missile bombing, marches, and military options.”

He added, “We in the armed forces are at the command of the leader of the revolution. Wherever he directs us, we will turn into deadly volcanoes for the enemies wherever they are. We, thanks to God, are in the highest full combat and moral readiness of our army and our free Mujahideen in the practical implementation of the directives, and days will prove this.”

He stated that while the armed forces are carrying out their national and military responsibilities, including the tasks of defending the homeland and its sovereignty, confronting aggression and its henchmen, and stationed in sites and fronts, they, in implementation of the directives of the Revolution Leader , were and are still in a race against time, with a strong will and an unrelenting determination to strengthen the system of modern qualitative military construction.

And reorganizing the armed forces units and achieving the desired breakthrough in the military industries represented by the manufacture and development of ballistic missile systems and drones, which made Yemen possess a strategic deterrence decision, which is an important decision taken by the revolutionary leadership to establish military and geopolitical constants to deal with the challenges and threats of enemies and invaders.
