Bashagha and the Spanish ambassador to Libya stress the need to avoid violence and support peaceful solutions to ensure the holding of elections

Tripoli- The Prime Minister-designate of Parliament, “Fathi Bashagha”, discussed with the Ambassador of Spain to Libya, “Javier Larache” today, Sunday, in the capital, Tunis, the latest political situation in the country.

According to Bashagha’s media office, the two sides stressed the need to avoid violence and support peaceful and legal solutions to ensure the holding of parliamentary and presidential elections within a specific time frame.

In this regard, the Prime Minister-designate stated, “We have close relations with Spain as well as the Mediterranean, and we can work together in various fields, the most important of which are energy, combating terrorism, organized crime, agriculture, water security and others.”
