Bahrain All Share Index closed at 1,894.37 points, marking an increase of 14.71 points above the previous closing.
This increase was due to the raise in the communication services sector, financial sector, industrial sector and material sector.
Bahrain Islamic Index closed at 660.30 points, marking an increase of 2.47 points above the previous closing.
Results indicated that 173 equity transactions took place with a volume of 8,243,064 worth BD 2,705,475.
Investors traded mainly in the material sector representing 61.73% of the total value of securities traded.
