Tripoli- The United States envoy to Libya and its ambassador, Richard Norland, announced that his country supports the initiative of the United Nations Support Mission in Libya regarding the constitutional base.
Norland said in a tweet he posted on his Twitter account, Tuesday, that “the initiative is the most important practical step towards the presidential and parliamentary elections that Libyans deserve and are waiting for.”
