France renewed its full support for the initiative of the UN envoy, “Abdullah Batili”, calling for elections in 2023, which will enhance the stability and sovereignty of Libya.
This came in a tweet published by its ambassador to Tripoli, Mustafa Maharaj, following the visit of a delegation of southern representatives to the headquarters of the French embassy in Tripoli, who expressed their vision for fair, transparent and inclusive elections.
