Tripoli- President of the Presidential Council Mohammed Al-Mnefi reaffirmed his keenness to realize the aspirations of 2.8 million Libyans to hold free, transparent and fair democratic elections.
In a statement issued by the Council Communication Office on Friday, the Al Mnefi welcomed the UN stability initiative in Libya, pointing to the statement of the five countries supporting the initiative.
