Tripoli-GNU Foreign Minister Najla Al-Mansoush met Wednesday with the UK Ambassador Caroline Hurendall to discuss the latest developments in Libya’s political affairs. According to the official page of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the meeting, held at the Prime Minister’s Office in Tripoli, discussed the challenges facing the electoral vote and ways to reach free and fair elections.
The meeting touched on consultations of the Constitutional track Committee made up of members from the House of Representatives and the High Council of State in Cairo under the auspices of the UN Mission, in order to find consensus on the constitutional framework for getting to national elections as soon as possible.
