Tripoli- The Governor of the Central Bank of Libya, “Siddiq Al-Kabeer” and his accompanying delegation, discussed with the Assistant Undersecretary of the US State Department, “Joe Hood”, to overcome the difficulties facing American companies resuming their activities in Libya.
The Central Bank said in a statement that the two sides discussed, during the meeting, which was held at the headquarters of the US State Department in Washington, the cooperation programs between the Central Bank of Libya and American institutions, in addition to discussing supporting efforts to independence the Central Bank and the path of its unification.
This meeting comes within the framework of continuous coordination with the US ambassador to Libya, Richard Norland.
