6 Palestinians Injured during Israeli Aggression on Jenin

Six Palestinians were injured by Israeli occupation gunfire during a new aggression on the northern West Bank city of Jenin and its refugee camp on Monday.

According to Palestinian news agency (WAFA), a large Israeli occupation army force estimated at more than 40 military vehicles backed by a helicopter and drones stormed the city of Jenin and its refugee camp and injured and arrested several people before withdrawing from the camp.

Medical reports said four people were injured by army bullets, all of them lightly, WAFA added.

The forces also arrested three people, two of whom were shot and injured, before leaving the area.

Reports from Jenin said that an undercover Israeli army force entered the camp before it was discovered and attacked.

Immediately after, the army sent in several military vehicles to extract the undercover unit and the arrested men.

Meanwhile, the Israeli occupation forces demolished a Palestinian-owned house in the village of Toura, west of Jenin, under the pretext of construction without a permit.

The occupation authorities had notified 13 houses in the village in preparation for demolition, under the pretext of construction without a permit.
