HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister congratulated by senior members of the Royal Family

Manama, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today received cables of congratulations from the Commander of the National Guard, His Highness General Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Honorary President of the Rashid Equestrian and Horseracing Club, His Highness Shaikh Abdulla bin Isa Al Khalifa, and the Minister of the Royal Court Affairs, His Highness Shaikh Ali bin Isa Al Khalifa, on the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr.

Their Highnesses further wished the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Arab and Islamic nations progress and prosperity.

HM the King, Commander of the Faithful, to Perform Eid Al Fitr Prayer on Wednesday at Al-Mohammadi Mosque in Casablanca

Rabat – His Majesty King Mohammed VI, Commander of the Faithful, may God assist Him, will perform, on Wednesday 1st Shawwal 1445 AH, corresponding to April 10, 2024, the blessed Eid Al Fitr prayer at the Al Mohammadi mosque in Casablanca, the Ministry of the Royal Household, Protocol and Chancellery announced in a statement.

The prayer of Eid Al Fitr will be broadcast live on radio and television from 10:30 am.

Justice Ministry announces completion of opening, developing 32 mosques in Ramadhan

Manama, The Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments announced the completion of the opening, restoration, and development of 32 mosques affiliated with the Sunni and Jaffari Endowments during Ramadhan in all governorates of Bahrain, led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, in line with the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister.

Nawaf bin Mohammed Al Moawda, Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments, commended HM King’s support in restoring the houses of worship, and the directives of HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister in restoring mosques during the month of Ramadhan for the third consecutive year.

Dr. Shaikh Rashid bin Mohammed bin Futtais Al Hajeri, Chairman of the Sunni Endowments Council, commended the directives of HM King Hamad for building and maintaining mosques, supported by the government, led by HRH the Crown Prince and Prime minister, in meeting the needs of houses of worship in various governo
rates.

He emphasised the government’s role in launching the annual plan, which has accelerated the completion of mosque construction and renovation, particularly in new residential areas.

Yousef bin Saleh Al Saleh, Chairman of the Jaffari Endowments Council, praised the efforts and ongoing support of HM King Hamad, and HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, for building, maintaining, and rehabilitating houses of worship.

Al Saleh expressed his appreciation to the relevant government and private entities for their contributions to the development plan of houses of worship.

Dubai Police Commander-in-Chief receives Consul General of Bahrain in Dubai

Manama, Lieutenant General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police, received Ambassador Saud Ali Al Nusuf, the outgoing Consul General of Bahrain in Dubai.

Major General Expert Khalil Ibrahim Al Mansouri, Assistant Commander-in-chief for Criminal Investigation Affairs, Major General Ahmed Mohammed Rafie, Assistant Commander-in-chief for Administration Affairs, and Major General Abdullah Ali Al Ghaiti, Assistant Commander-in-chief for Operations, were present.

Al Marri congratulated the outgoing Consul General on obtaining the royal trust from His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, in appointing him as the Ambassador of Bahrain to Korea. He wished him success in his duties.

He awarded the Ambassador with the Happiness Medal for Outstanding Security Efforts, in recognition and honour of his diplomatic efforts.

Al Nusuf praised the deep-rooted Bahrain-UAE relations and highlighted the level of security and policing excellence in Dubai Police and the UAE and its prestigious internati
onal reputation enjoyed in the field of security.
