Pilgrims begin stoning ritual on first day of Tashreeq

Pilgrims headed to the Jamarat facility in Mina to begin the stoning ritual, following the Prophetic Sunnah.

Multiple lanes have been allocated for an organized flow of the crowds of pilgrims and to ensure a smooth movement through the building, which controls the distribution of the dense crowds of pilgrims while performing the stoning ritual.

According to Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the building is connected with pedestrian bridges linked to the Mashaer train and the areas where the pilgrims are accommodated in Mina.
