America and the Congo confirm their support for early elections in Libya.

The US Special Envoy to Libya, Ambassador Richard Norland, confirmed that the United States and the Republic of the Congo strongly support the efforts of the United Nations and the African Union to bring together Libyan leaders for early elections to unify the country.

Bahrain Ambassador presents credentials to Chinese President

Dr. Mohammed Ghassan Mohammed Adnan Sheikhoo presented his credentials to Chinese President Xi Jinping, as Ambassador Plenipotentiary Extraordinary of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the People’s Republic of China.

HH Shaikh Nasser receives former Austrian Chancellor

HH Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid appoints two deputy rulers of Dubai

In his capacity as the Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister, issued Decree No. 21 of 2023 appointing HH Shaikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum as First Deputy Ruler of Dubai.

Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid also appointed HH Shaikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum as the Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Emirates News Agency (WAM) reported.

Bani Al-Harith district receives delegation of tribes, sheikhs of Abyan, Shabwa, Al-Bayda

The Bani Al-Harith Directorate in Amanat Al-Asimah received the delegation of the Abyan, Shabwa and Al-Bayda tribes, who are visiting the capital, Sana’a, in an effort to release the captive Faisal Rajab.

They affirmed the solidarity and standing of all the sheikhs, tribes and sons of the capital’s secretariat with the tribal delegation’s demand to release Major General Faisal Rajab, who was left out of the prisoner exchange agreement between the National Salvation Government and the Aggression Coalition.

Nine million, 280 thousand visitors to parks, archaeological sites during Eid days

The Ministry of Tourism stated that the total number of visitors to the gardens, outlets, parks and archaeological sites in the capital’s secretariat and the governorates during the blessed Eid Al-Fitr holiday amounted to nine million and 280 thousand visitors.

Preliminary statistics of the ministry’s operations room, copy of received by Yemeni News Agency Saba, indicated that 55 percent of the total number of visitors were received by gardens and public parks in the capital’s secretariat and the main cities in the governorates, while tourist and archaeological destinations received 45 percent.

It pointed out that 30 percent of the total number of visitors were witnessed by the capital’s secretariat and Sana’a governorate, 15 percent by Al Hudaydah governorate, 11 percent by Taiz governorate, and ten percent by Ibb, while Al Mahwit witnessed nine percent, Saada eight percent, and Hajjah seven percent, and the ten percent was distributed among the rest of the governorates.
