Haramain High-Speed Railway Transported More Than 818,000 Passengers During Ramadan – SAR

Saudi Arabia Railways (SAR) has announced the successful implementation of its operational plan for Ramadan in 1444 AH. The number of passengers who used the Haramain High-Speed Railway during this period reached over 818,000, indicating a 265% increase compared to the same period last year. Moreover, SAR operated over 2,540 trips, with the number of daily trips during the holy month exceeding 115, and a compliance schedule of more than 97%.

To cater to the increased demand during Ramadan, SAR increased the capacity of the Haramain High-Speed Railway by increasing the number of daily trips to over 100. The railway operator made more than one million seats available across five train stations, providing passengers with a wider range of options to choose appropriate schedules of departure and arrival.

RSAF Participates in ‘Iniochos-2023’ Maneuvers in Greece

The Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) participated in “Iniochos-2023” drills with several brotherly and friendly countries.

RSAF used its F-15SA fighters in the Iniochos-2023 maneuvers, which started yesterday at Andravida Air Base in the Republic of Greece.

Air Force Lt. Colonel Essam bin Mohammed Khawaji, the Commander of the RSAF group participating in the exercise, stated that the exercise was carried out with professionalism and the highest levels of safety, affirming keenness to represent the Saudi armed forces very well to reflect its global status.

He further said that the exercise aims to raise the level of combat readiness of the RSAF in support of the working relationship between the participating air forces.

Head of Zakat Authority visits Al-Mujahideen in axes of Najran, Al-Ajasher, Al-Baqa’

Head of the General Authority for Zakat, Sheikh Shamsan Abu Nashtan, visited on Al-Mujahideen of those stationed in the Najran axis, Al-Baqa’ and Al-Ajasher on the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr.

Inspect conditions of Al-Mujahideen in Kamaran Island, Al-Salif District in Al-Hodeidah

On this day in the year 2021, the aggression warplanes launched 21 raids on Marib governorate, including 19 raids on Serwah district and two raids on Medghal district.

While the mercenaries created combat fortifications in Al-Jabalia and Al-Durayhimi, and bombed separate areas in Al-Hodeidah with artillery and bullets, the spy planes launched two raids on Al-Faza in Al-Tuhayta district.

The Libyan embassy in Sudan communicates with Libyans stranded in Khartoum

The Libyan embassy in Sudan said that it had succeeded in communicating with two Libyan citizens who were stranded in the capital, Khartoum, and who could not be evacuated among the Libyan community.

Libya’s ambassador to Sudan, “Fawzi Boumrez,” said in a statement published by the embassy on its Facebook account that the embassy had succeeded in contacting citizens Hassan Buhya from the city of Ajdabiya and Saad Ahmed al-Ferjani from the city of Benghazi, who could not join the two evacuation convoys of nationals in the past two days, indicating that they were reassured, and are both in good condition.

The embassy indicated that this comes within the framework of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Libyan embassy’s concern for the safety of Libyan citizens in all parts of Sudan, despite the embassy’s suspension of its work and the closure of its headquarters in Khartoum as a result of the armed events taking place in Sudan.
