Capture of a Sudanese citizen responsible for a horrific murder in Al-Jaffara.

Al-Azizia Criminal Investigation Unit and the joint security convoy in Al-Jafara Security Directorate arrested a Sudanese citizen who committed a horrific murder that took place on the first of this month in the region.

According to the Criminal Investigation Unit, as soon as a report was received stating that there was a corpse dumped in Karimiya area of a Sudanese person, members of the security unit went to the place, and found the corpse with several stab wounds in the abdomen and shoulder area, as well as the victim’s neck was slit from behind.

The unit stated that the police officers began searching and investigating the incident, and they arrested a person named (A, Z), a Sudanese national born in 1989, and he confessed to having committed this crime.

It indicated that all legal measures were taken against him and he was referred to the competent authorities.

The National Institution for Human Rights (NIHR) President Ali Ahmed Al Derazi received Dr. Amer Al Derazi President Bahrain Medical Society.

Dr. Malallah Al Hammadi, Head of Detention and Facilities Committee to visit places of detention and facilities at the Institution, was present.

NIHR president praised the active role of the society and the efforts of its member doctors in developing the medical and health sector and their continuous endeavors to achieve the desired goals.

He stressed the institution’s full support to raise health system quality and the efficiency of services provided for citizens and residents.

LMRA conducts two joint inspection campaigns in Capital Governorates

The Labor Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA) conducted two joint inspection campaigns in the Capital Governorate on a number of shops and work sites.

The campaigns resulted in reporting violations related to the Labor Market and Residency laws. The cases were referred for legal action.

LMRA noted that a joint inspection campaign was conducted in the Capital Governorate in coordination with the Nationality, Passports and Residence Affairs (NPRA) and the Governorate’s respective Police Directorate.

The other inspection campaign was undertaken in the Capital Governorate in coordination with the General Directorate of Crime Detection and Forensic Evidence of the Interior Ministry.
