Investors Can Begin Filing I-526E Petitions in U.S. Immigration Fund’s Project: The Wave Spa in New Jersey

GNU Minister of Economy and Trade discusses stimulating the economic opportunities with representatives of contracting companies

Tripoli-Minister of Economy and Commerce Mohamed Al-Haweij discussed with the President of the General Federation of Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture and representatives of contracting companies on Wednesday problems and difficulties facing the owners of companies with regard to tax payment, banking procedures, local documentary credits, labor recruitment, ways to address them and proposed solutions. The Minister stressed the need to prepare a plan to complete the stalled housing projects and the possibility of renewing contracts by a specialized legal committee with the participation of the owners of companies and relevant authorities in order to stimulate the local economy for the public interest.

Rome-Chairman of the National Oil Corporation ‘NOC” Farhat Ben Qadara discussed in Rome with CEO of Eni Company Claudio Descalzi company’s activity ,projects, and investments related to oil production in Libya.

According to the corporation’s Communication Office , Claudio Descalzi welcomed the plan of the NOC to increase the daily production of crude oil to 2 million barrels per day ,stressing Eni’s full commitment to operational activity ,and launch a new stage of investments aiming to increase gas production and exploration activity.

President of Presidency Council, Commander-in-Chief meets in an extraordinary meeting with Minister of Defense, the Chief of Staff and military and security chiefs

Tripoli-President of the Presidential Council Mohammed Al-Mnefi and Vice-President Abdullah Al-Lafi in their capacity as Commander in Chief of the Libyan Army, held an extraordinary meeting on Thursday afternoon with the Head of the Government of National Unity, Minister of Defense Abdul Hamid Al Dabaiba, the Chief of the General Staff General Mohammed Al-Haddad and the Head of the Intelligence Service, Lieutenant General Hussein Al-Aib, the Acting Minister of Interior Badreddine Al Toumi, the Chiefs of Army Staff, and the Head of the Internal Security Service Lotfi Al-Harari”.

The Council’s Communication Office stated that the meeting discussed the latest developments in the security and military situation in the country.

President of Presidential Council receives Indonesian Chargé d’affaires on end of his assignment in Libya

Tripoli-President of the Presidential Council, Mohammed Al-Mnefi received on Thursday the Indonesian Chargé d’affaires to Libya Mohammed Amar Maarouf who is ending his assignment in Libya.

The Indonesian Chargé d’affaires praised the important role played by the Presidential Council in achieving peace and stability in various regions of Libya, after the ceasefire and the unification of state institutions.

The President of the Presidential Council paid tribute to the Indonesian Chargé d’affaires, for his effort to upgrade exchange between Libya and Indonesia in recent years, despite all the circumstances that the country has gone through, expressing his compliments to the President, Government, and People of Indonesia.

Al Dabaiba at the Cabinet Meeting: government continues to perform its work normally with international recognition until the elections are held

Tripoli-The Council of Ministers of the Government of National Unity held on Thursday its twelfth ordinary meeting for 2022, to discuss items on the agenda which included a number of services and security files.

The Head of the Government Abdul Hamid Al Dabaiba said in a televised speech at the meeting that his government will continue to perform its work normally with international recognition until the organization of elections that will produce an elected authority, and the preparation of a constitutional basis based on the holding of the next elections.

In his speech, Al Dabaiba called on the heads of the House of Representatives and the High Council of State to issue the constitutional basis that leads to the elections, pointing out that the head of the High National Elections Commission Imad Al-Sayeh announced on more than one occasion that the continued appeals were behind the stalling of elections, and that the Commission demanded to provide it with an electoral law on which to base them.

Al Dabaiba added that we will not allow messing up with the security of the capital, and damage to civilians, and we will be on the lookout for those who do so, indicating that his government works without any division, and that any differences that occur from time to time and disrupt its work are political, and the goal is to disrupt its work that is provide services to citizens.

Touching on the recent events in the Abu Hadi area, he said my message to my people in Sirte is that the injustice and intimidation against citizens in the Abu Hadi region amid the silence of officials is unfortunate and unacceptable.
