The government spokesman reviews in a press conference the most important events in the sixth government meeting

Tripoli- In the press conference held today at the government headquarters in Tripoli, the official spokesman for the government, Muhammad Hammouda, reviewed the most important items in the sixth regular meeting of the government.

With regard to the implementation of the decision to increase salaries for a number of entities in the state, the Council of Ministers confirmed that the increase will be implemented after matching between the Ministry of Finance and the entities targeted for the increase.

The Council of Ministers decided to approve the completion of a number of electricity projects and approved the granting of Libyan citizenship to 130 applications for those who were reviewed by the committee formed by the Council of Ministers for Libyan women married to foreigners.

The Council of Ministers also approved the establishment of a fund for the Grain Bureau to contribute to the provision of grain on a permanent basis and to the preservation of the strategic stockpile.

The Council of Ministers also agreed to consider a number of police employees as martyrs of duty who died while performing their work and to grant salaries to their families.

The Council of Ministers granted permission for the flying ambulance to construct a new building and granted a financial value as a rental allowance to the displaced in Al Falah 1 and 2 locations.

The embassy said in tweets on its account via “Twitter” today, Wednesday, that (more evidence of the heinous legacy of the Russian Wagner Group in Libya, continues to cause death and the United Kingdom condemns the destruction, the use of illegal landmines and continues to call for the withdrawal of mercenaries and foreign forces without delay)

GNU Minister of Economy and Trade discusses with officials and investors return of Al-Gafara food industry plant to work

Tripoli-GNU Minister of Economy and Trade Mohammed Al-Haweij discussed with a number of ministry officials and investors return of Al-Gafara food industry plant to work.

The Minister expressed, during the meeting held at the Ministry’s headquarters, ministry’s readiness with its various departments to provide support and assistance to accelerate the return of the economic plant to work.

The technical team said inspection of the production lines showed that they were intact and needed to provide spare parts and the plant could be up and running before the end of the year. If returned, the plant will provide juices of all kinds, flavor milk and sparkling water.

Al-Dabaiba is following up with the Minister of Health in charge the steps to organize the treatment file Locally and Abroad

Tripoli- The Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity, “Abdul Hamid al-Dabaiba” held a meeting this evening, Wednesday, with the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Health in charge, “Ramadan Boujnah”, in the presence of the Director of the Tripoli University Center, the head of the medical supply apparatus, and the director of the Department of Clinical Affairs and Pharmacy .

The meeting, which was held at the Cabinet Office in Tripoli, was devoted to following up on the steps taken by the Ministry of Health regarding the organization of the treatment file locally and abroad, and the extent of the ministry’s readiness to implement the public tender, which has not been implemented since 2009.

In a speech, the Prime Minister said, “What is happening in the treatment file is a situation that cannot be tolerated. If sub- and central medical committees are not formed and sick cases are identified according to specific medical standards, all work is illegal,” according to him.

With regard to the general tender of the Ministry of Health, the Prime Minister issued instructions to follow up with the Audit Bureau, in order to complete the procedures, review the tender and start.
