NCDC – calls for next dose of vaccine to combat Corona virus

Tripoli- The National Center for Diseases Control stressed the need to take the vaccine to combat the Corona virus.

It said the vaccine is the only solution to maintain stability of the epidemic situation and eliminate the pandemic.

The center called for the speedy heading towards the nearest vaccination center to protect oneself and to help protect families and society from the Corona virus.

FM Congratulates Queen Elizabeth II on her Platinum Jubilee

Tripoli- Minister of Foreign Affairs of Government of National Unity, Naglaa Al -Manqas, congratulated Queen Elizabeth II, on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of her ascension to the throne of Britain. This came in a tweet in which she looked forward for a real partnership and distinguished bilateral relations between Libya and Britain.

Committee on outcome of the Sirte Meeting discusses observations of regulatory bodies on the draft state budget for 2022

Sirte-The second meeting of the committee to discuss and study the outcomes of the Sirte meeting on May 31 was launched on Tuesday. During its meeting, the committee discussed the observations of regulatory agencies and the Central Bank of Libya on the draft state budget law for 2022.m.

The spokesman of the House of Representatives Abdullah Bleiheg announced the start of the second meeting of the committee to discuss and study the outcomes of the Sirte meeting on May 31, chaired by the chairman of the committee in the presence of members of the committee and oversight bodies of the House of Representatives, the Audit Bureau, the Administrative Control Authority, the Anti-Corruption Authority, the Central Bank of Libya and the Ministry of Finance.

Bleiheg said that the meeting will discuss the observations of the regulatory bodies and the Central Bank of Libya on the draft state budget law for 2022.

Pasha Agha welcomes statement of leaders and dignitaries of Souk al-Juma area in Tripoli

Tripoli– Prime Minister-designate by the House of Representatives, Fatehi Bashagha, welcomed the statement issued on Monday by “social, political and security leaders at of Souk al-Juma area, saying that his government is keen on the security of the capital.”

In a tweet on his Twitter account, Bashagha praised their “courageous patriotic stance that rejects violence and calls for peace in a manner that guarantees the building of a united and independent state.”

“His government is absolutely keen on the security of the capital and ensuring the safety of its residents, and always looks forward to joint work with its wise men, who represent the civilized face of the city of Tripoli.” He added,.

Leaders and dignitaries of the Souk al-Juma area in Tripoli issued a statement declaring their support for Mustafa Ibrahim Kaddour to remain in his position as deputy head of the intelligence service in light of the current political and security conditions in the country, which require the presence of loyal revolutionaries from the nation in sensitive security, military and political places, in order to maintain the prestige of the institutions and their leaders. The statement, read at the gathering in front of the planetarium in the capital, Tripoli, stated: “In the face of destructive criticism and confronting missteps from those who are interested in extinguishing the fire of our revolution, and suppressing the voice of the free in any way, the men and components of the Suk AlJuma are calling to support Colonel Mustafa Ibrahim Kaddour to remain in his position, without throwing accusations that aim to create sedition, sow division and turn a blind eye to the successes achieved by the revolutionaries and loyal leaders.

Al Mnefi discusses with the Minister of Youth topics related to the youth, and difficulties facing the ministry

Tripoli-President of the Presidential Council, Mohammed Al Mnefi met Tuesday with GNU Minister of Youth Fathullah Al-Zini, to discuss issues related to the youth, and to determine problems and difficulties that hinder the work of the ministry.

During the meeting held at the Council’s Office, stress was madeon ways to overcome the difficulties faced by youth institutions, improve the performance of the ministry, and implement action plans to support young people in many areas.

Al Mnefi stressed continued support of the Presidential Council for the Ministry of Youth to carry out the tasks assigned to it, praising the successes achieved by the ministry over the past months with available resources.
