The media office of the President of the Presidential Council stated on his Facebook page, that during the meeting, the efforts of the UN mission to support a political solution to the Libyan crisis were reviewed, through consultations with all parties to the political process.

He added that the importance of commitment to the outcomes of the Libyan political dialogue and the success of national reconciliation among Libyans was emphasized, in preparation for holding elections, and achieving the aspirations of the Libyan people in building a unified and democratic state, and restoring peace and stability to the country.
