Sirte, UN Secretary-General Special Adviser on Libya Stephanie Williams arrived in Sirte on Thursday morning.
Lana correspondent in Sirte said Williams was likely to attend part of the 5+5 joint Military Commission meetings, which will be held today at its permanent headquarters in Sirte, and to meet with the Mayor and members of the Municipal Council of Sirte, the city’s elders and a number of civil society institutions.
