شركتا شيفرون لوماس غلوبال أل أل سي وأرامكو السعودية توفعان اتفاقية تقنية مبادرة الزيت الثقيل لأرامكو للتعاون والترخيص

ريتشموند، كاليفورنيا، 13 كانون الأول/ديسمبر، 2021 /PRNewswire/ — وقعت شركتا شيفرون لوماس غلوبال وأرامكو السعودية اتفاقية للتعاون والترخيص اتفاقية تقنية مبادرة الزيت الثقيل لأرامكو زائد للتعاون والترخيص HOPI+.

تهدف اتفاقية تقنية مبادرة الزيت الثقيل للتعاون والترخيص  إلى تحقيق تحويل أعلى نسبيًا لبقايا التفريغ والمدخلات الثقيلة الأخرى المتاحة، بما في ذلك الخام الإضافي، باستخدام منصة LC-FINING الخاصة بـشيفرون لوماس غلوبال (المشار إليه معا باسم LC-HOPI+.   من المتوقع أن تساعد العملية المبتكرة LC-HOPI + في تقليل كل من النفقات الرأسمالية والنفقات التشغيلية وتحسين الهوامش بشكل كبير من أجل تحسين سعر البرميل من النفط.

Supreme Judicial Council holds extraordinary meeting at headquarters in Tripoli.

Tripoli, The Supreme Judicial Council held its extraordinary meeting at its headquarters in Tripoli on Tuesday.

According to the council’s website the plenary meeting discussed several topics related to judicial affairs, and put Law No. 11 of 2021 into practice.

The meeting was chaired by the Head of the judicial inspection department, Counsel Muftah Al Gawi the vice-president of the council, and the Attorney General Al Sidiq Al Sour and the adviser members of the council.

Supreme Judicial Council hold its extraordinary meeting.

Tripoli, The Supreme Judicial Council held its extraordinary meeting, Tuesday, at its headquarters in Tripoli.

In its website the Council said: ‘The meeting held with a full quorum discussed several issues related to the judicial issue, and enforcing the council Law No. 11 / 2021 into effect.

The Council was chaired by the Head of the Inspection of Judicial Bodies Department, Justice Miftah Al-Qawi, and the Vice-President of the Council, Justice, Attorney General Al-Siddiq Al-Sour, and his advisors.

Chief of Staff Lt. Col. Mohammed al-Haddad receives UN Secretary-General’s Special Adviser on Libya, Stephanie Williams.

Tripoli, Chief of Staff of the Libyan Army, General Mohammed Al-Haddad, received here on Tuesday UN Secretary-General’s Special Adviser on Libya, Stephanie Williams in the presence of Brigadier General Abdel Basit al-Shari’a.

Williams praised the meeting General Al Haddad held with General Abdul Razzaq Al-Nadhouri in Sirte, hoping that it would serve as a start for moving forward with the unification of the military.

During her meeting with “Sanalla”: “Stephanie Williams” calls for the Oil Corporation to be kept away from any interactions that might hinder its national work.

Tripoli, The Adviser to the United Nations Secretary-General on Libya, Stephanie Williams, expressed her admiration for the national work carried out by the National Oil Corporation and its companies to maintain and sustain production rates to secure the incomes and financial resources of the Libyan state.

This came during a meeting between her and the accompanying delegation with the head of the corporation, “Mustafa Sanalla,” at the headquarters of the National Oil Corporation in the capital, Tripoli.

Stephanie stressed the need to preserve the integrity and independence of the National Oil Corporation and to keep it away from any interactions that might hinder its national and technical work to secure the livelihood of the Libyan people, as it is the almost only source of income, which is “oil”, which represents 97% of the Libyan state’s revenues.

She also called during the meeting for the necessity of supporting this institution and standing by it to preserve the unity and independence of “Libya” and to bring it to safety.

For his part, Williams was briefed , by Sanalla, on the conditions and challenges facing the Libyan oil sector, most notably the accumulation of debts and the scarcity of financial resources needed by the National Oil Corporation to operate the sector, fulfill contractual obligations towards partners, and carry out maintenance work for the dilapidated infrastructure.

Ministry of Economy clarifies vision to enable every Libyan family establish private investment project.

Tripoli, The Ministry of Economy and Trade clarified that the statements of the Minister of Economy, Mohamed al-Hawij on the Libya Talk programme on the Libya National Channel, include the ministry’s vision regarding the economic diversification scheme by enabling each Libyan family establish and implement its own private investment project and obtain financing with a guarantee via family property assets.

It added that media reports were not in line with the minister’s statement.

The vision of the Minister of Economy and Trade regarding the economic diversification scheme is to enable every Libyan family to establish and implement a private investment project and to obtain financing guaranteed by the assets of the family’s property.

The total number of beneficiaries is 1,250,000 Libyan families, provided that the value of the project is allocated according to the market value of its properties.
