Tripoli An event was organized by the Ministry of Youth for distributing of chaques to beneficiaries of the Marriage- Support Fund grant with a value of LD 20 thousand for each young man and woman who decided to tie the knot, within the framework of the initiative of the Head of the Government of National Unity Abdul Hamid Al Dbeiba to support and facilitate marriage for young people.
The grant chaques were distributed to 50 thousand young men and women from different cities and regions of Libya, who will receive a marriage grant of LD 20 thousand each.
The ceremony was attended by the head of the Marriage Support Fund, Khaled Boujnah, the head of the Public Information Authority, Abdulbaset Al-Baour, and the head of the Civil Registry Mohamed Baltamer”. And a number of municipal representatives from the eastern, western and southern regions.
Boujnah said the Fund’s vision for this mighty project is a step towards achieving “the return to life” program and a support offered by the state to the youth who are the driving force for development, construction and reconstruction.
He added that this initiative is the best evidence of the unlimited support of the National Unity Government for the Fund, to push and support the youth to achieve their potential.
